A longtime Florida resident, Guenzel brings over 45 years of banking experience to the position. His previous positions included President and Chief Executive Officer at Naples’ headquartered BancFlorida Financial Corporation, and, thereafter Peoples Bank of California in Los Angeles, among others. As CEO and Chairman of the Board, Guenzel will be responsible for the Bank’s operations and oversee all board of directors’ meetings.

David is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of banking experience. Immediately prior to forming First Community Bank, he served two years as Controller of a public software company in Fort Myers and five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of South Florida Bank in Fort Myers, that was purchased by a regional bank.

Don heads up the Bank's division specializing in Small Business Administration and U.S.D.A. government guaranteed loans. He has 30 years of lending experience and is highly regarded as a leader in making government guaranteed loans in the State of Florida. Diana has over 15 years of Banking Experience, with an extensive background in consumer and business lending. She specializes in developing complete banking relationships for business clients including deposit accounts, consumer and business loans, and investments. Jennifer is a Florida Certified Public Accountant.  Prior to joining the bank, Jennifer worked with a top four public accounting firm in Tampa as a senior accountant.  Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Masters of Accounting.

Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Larry has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1981 with over 25 years of business finance and banking experience. 10 of those years in accounting and internal auditing and 15+ banking, all in credit administration. Credit positions held include Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Manager at regional banks.

Sharon has had over 15 years of banking experience. As Cashier she oversees the Deposit Operations department, and maintains the deposit policies and procedures of the bank. Sharon also provides daily support to branch personnel regarding deposit accounts.

Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer

Vickie has over 20 years of banking experience serving in a number of different capacities. She serves as Compliance Officer for the Bank.

Cindy has over 22 years of banking experience serving in a number of capacities, including Manager of Loan Operations, Customer Service Representative, Teller and all facets of Loan Operations. As Director of Loan Operations, Cindy oversees the bank’s loan portfolio, from the first steps of the loan documentation process, input/booking and loan tracking to the daily servicing and maintenance and records. Cindy is also the CRA Officer for the Bank.

Senior Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act Officer

Jennifer has over 6 years of banking experience. As Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Jennifer is responsible for maintaining the bank's integrity in regards to BSA, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Know Your Customer, and Customer Information Policy.

Kim has over 22 years of banking experience and is the Branch Manager of our Main Office located at 61 Hancock Bridge Parkway W. Cape Coral. Kim began her career on the east coast of Florida and has worked at many different positions from a Teller to Vice President / Branch Manager. Kim is very active in the Cape Coral Chamber and can be found at many of its events.

Dan has 15 years of banking experience. He specializes in small business loans and consumer loans including loans to purchase cars, trucks and boats or to make home improvements.
